Author Talk
What a wonderful visit to Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls for author talks to Year 9 and Year 10! The enthusiasm for books and reading in the school was shared equally by the students and teachers. The librarians run an amazing, innovative programme of events throughout the year to promote reading. I wish every school was as lucky! Imagine the rise in literacy levels that could be achieved.
And a big thank you to the librarians and staff for making feel so welcome!
